[March 1920, no later than 23]
Comrade Dzerzhinsky!
Blinichenko gave this to me.
He says that 99/100 of the information is false.
Perhaps you know who and how compiles this and what should be done?
Let's talk when we meet.
Yours, Lenin
1. A. E. Blinichenko — Deputy People's Commissar for Communications of Ukraine.
2. This refers to a list compiled during the personnel purge of the Donbass Railway.
3. On the note, there is an instruction from F. E. Dzerzhinsky to the Commissioner of the Main Administration of Communications, V. V. Fomin: "Comrade Fomin. For your conclusion. Perhaps these lists are indeed being compiled in an insufficiently organized and thoughtful manner?.. Please return to me with your conclusion."
