1. The instruction is written on a telegram from a craftsman who processes sheepskins. The telegram stated that, by order of the Gubmech, the sheepskins in his possession had been taken for inventory by the volost executive committee, which demanded that they be handed over in finished form. The craftsman wrote that the sheepskins were received from poor and middle peasants and that he processes the raw materials with his son. "I am forced to ask you," the telegram said, "to allow me to work as before for the poor." The words "allow me to work" were underlined twice by Lenin.
