To ensure the
continuous laying of track starting March 1, it is proposed that the most vigorous measures be taken [to] dismantle, repair, and deliver rails and fastenings for Algembа, reporting weekly to the Presidium of the Council of People’s Commissars the quantities of individual components removed, dispatched, and delivered [to] Krasny Kut. Send to Krasny Kut—Budassi 250,000 sleepers [via] the Ryazan–Ural Railway from Uvek and Uleshey, in exchange for which the State Construction Administration will float down the Volga. Please report on implementation. [10i]
