Please inform me if you have any information about Sergei Yakovlevich Alliluyev, who was sent from Kharkov by the Ukrainian VSNKH as a member of a special commission to survey the mines in the Kryvyi Rih basin and worked there from April until the end of June. When the Whites advanced, he evacuated with the commission to Kyiv. He returned to Kryvyi Roh at the end of July from the VUZIK to pay the miners. No further information about him has been received since then. Please query Kryvyi Rih and reply to me by telegram.
