The chairman of the Rudnyansky Ispolkom
of the Mikulinskaya Volost
in the Orshansky Uyezd of the Mogilev Gubernia sent a telegram to V. I. Lenin requesting a meeting to discuss the organization by the communists of the Mikulinskaya Volost of a workers' cooperative. The telegram also reported that the leaders of the uyezd and gubernia organizations of Orsha and Mogilev reacted negatively to the plan of the Mikulinsky communists. On the telegram there is a note from V. I. Lenin: "To the archive. Answered by telegram on February 26" (IMEL Archive, doc. No. 3874).
