Comrade Red Army fighters! The Tsarist generals — Yudenich in the north, Denikin in the south — are straining their forces once again to defeat Soviet power, to restore the power of the Tsar, the landlords, and the capitalists.

We know how a similar attempt by Kolchak ended. He did not deceive the Ural workers and Siberian peasants for long. Having seen through the deception, having experienced endless violence, beatings, and plunder from the officers — the sons of landlords and capitalists — the Ural workers and Siberian peasants helped our Red Army defeat Kolchak. The Orenburg Cossacks went over directly to the side of Soviet power.

This is why we are firmly confident in our victory over Yudenich and Denikin. They will not succeed in restoring the Tsarist and landlord power. It will not come to pass! The peasants are already rising up in Denikin's rear. In the Caucasus, rebellion against Denikin burns with bright flame. The Kuban Cossacks murmur and are stirring, dissatisfied with Denikin's violence and plunder in the interests of the landlords and the English.

Let us be firm then, comrade Red Army fighters! Workers and peasants are joining Soviet power ever more solidly, with ever greater consciousness, ever more resolutely.

Forward! Comrade Red Army fighters. Into battle for worker-peasant power, against landlords, against the Tsarist generals! Victory will be ours!
