**Art. 17.** Upon socialization of all implements and machines and draft animals, or when they are lacking in individual households, the cultivation of kitchen gardens or other small plots remaining in private use, as well as the performance of other economic needs of private households, shall be carried out with communal inventory when it is free from communal work. For private use of communal inventory, a special fee is established, which goes into the inventory fund.

**Art. 21.** For inventory alienated from private labor farms, the society may set compensation not exceeding, however, the fixed prices for the corresponding implement. **Art. 23.** The seed material necessary for sowing communally-cultivated lands is compiled according to the society's distribution from contributions of individual households in kind or in money for the purchase of improved seeds. **Art. 24.** For the restoration of soil fertility of communal fields, obligatory transport of manure from communal sources and from individual households is established, in the manner determined by the society.

**Art. 25.** For the purpose of applying artificial fertilizers, a special fund is formed for their acquisition, both from deduction of part of the income from the sale of products of communal fields and from contributions of individual households and society members according to the latter's distribution.

**Art. 31.** The entire remainder of the harvest of rationed products, after allocations to the seed reserve and for satisfaction of the needs of the society's members, is surrendered to the food organs.

**Art. 38.** For direct direction and organization of communal cultivation, the society's assembly elects a communal cultivation committee composed of not fewer than 3 members, including the chairman, his deputy, and secretary.

**Art. 40.** The Committee possesses the right to compel and impose monetary sanctions for non-fulfillment by individual members of the established order of work performance within the limits established by the society.
