November 10

Yudin requested: 1) To exchange for the CC of the Bund from 200 to 300 thousand rubles for Nikolayev credit notes for their foreign work (according to the CC of the Bund's adopted resolution, the purpose of the work is armed overthrow of the White Guard power). 2) To pay the transfer of 150 thousand rubles that Yudin has in hand as former chairman of the Minsk Central Workers' Cooperative.

2 M. I. Liber — one of the leaders of the Bund. Greeted the October socialist revolution with hostility, was an active enemy of Soviet power. Later withdrew from political activity, was engaged in economic work.

3 V. D. Medem — one of the leaders of the Bund. After the October socialist revolution stood at the head of Bundist organizations in Poland. In 1921 left for the USA, where on the pages of the right-socialist Jewish newspaper "Vorwarts" ("Forward") published slanderous articles against Soviet Russia.
