Comrade Rothstein, It is unforgivable your keeping us so poorly informed.
To have money and not to engage a secretary to collect all
socialist literature, pamphlets, and cuttings. To have money and not to arrange for photographing copies in reduced
size. All this is inexcusable. All this can and should be
arranged. Otherwise communication and information are thoroughly bad. Correct this, and write, if only rarely.
