In order to enhance the transport capacity along the Tashkent Line and to expedite the removal of the prisoners of war from the former Kolchak army who had accumulated in the Orenburg region, the People’s Commissariat for Transport is authorized to introduce a bonus-based supplementary remuneration for movement and traction agents, aimed at increasing the average daily speeds of military trains. Payment of the bonus shall be made from the funds allocated by the Communist Party of Soviet Russia, charged to the military authorities, pursuant to the mutually agreed provisions concerning bonuses for the faster transit of military trains.
