Comrade Pevunov! I spoke about your case with 2 members of the
presidium of the Central Executive Committee, Yenukidze3 and Rykov.

1 Lenin's response to Pevunov's letter with the following content: "Comrade
Lenin, during your conversation with the delegation of the Moscow Provincial Congress
of Soviets, you became interested in the case of the audit of the Ruzsky district executive committee
by Comrade Mitrofanov and promised to help move the matter from the dead
center. I inform you that the presidium of the All-Russian Central Executive Committee decided to terminate the case, and
gave instructions to the Moscow Provincial Revolutionary Tribunal. The Moscow
Provincial Committee decided to seek a trial of the guilty parties in the plenum of the All-Russian Central Executive Committee...
