Having received from you samples of fruits from Soviet farms with communication No. 4936 (dated August 22, 1919), I most respectfully request that in future this not be done, do not send fruits, etc., but inform me of the data on how fruits, etc., are generally distributed from Soviet farms, whether they are given to hospitals, sanatoriums, children, where exactly, and in what quantities. How many Soviet farms do you have, the composition of their management, how many reports are sent, how many have been sent and for what period, etc.
