I ask you to immediately verify, through absolutely reliable and impartial people: is it true that Sergei Malyshev 2 is working excellently in Volsk and Kalakov with the barge flotilla; then, is it true that on the left bank of the Volga the harvest is colossal; then: that there is a shortage of people for harvesting? How many thousands, when are they needed from the northern governorates? St. Petersburg and Moscow are without bread. Heroic measures are needed. Telegraph the exact answer immediately. 1720!
