Bringing together what has been said above, we arrive at a simple conclusion: from all Communists, from all conscious workers and peasants, from everyone who does not want to allow the victory of Kolchak and Denikin, there is required immediately and over the coming months an extraordinary surge of energy, there is required "work in a revolutionary manner."

If hungry, exhausted and tormented Moscow railwaymen, both skilled workers and laborers, could for the sake of victory over Kolchak and until complete victory over him establish "Communist Saturdays," work without pay for several hours a week and in doing so display unprecedented, many times higher than usual, labor productivity, then this proves that much—very much—can still be done.

And we must do this much.

Then we shall triumph.
