We request assistance in clearing the Kama fairway of mines laid by White Guards. Our repeated appeals to the flotilla headquarters and categorical demands for clearing the fairway have not yielded the desired results. We receive assurances that measures are being taken. The water is receding, threatening to completely close the passage. The situation is critical. There has been an accident, explosions of vessels. At present, the passenger vessel “Pushkin” is aground on the Yunvinsky crossing, where the main channel is blocked by mines. In the interest of the matter, we urgently request that orders be given to take all measures.
