We ask that you give the appropriate order to Tsentrovoenzag to release advances for the work of the Vyatka Voenzag on the manufacture of military equipment, mass production of leather boots, felt boots, sheepskin jackets, greatcoats, tunics, underwear, carts, harness, and belt belts. We have repeatedly telegraphed Tsentrovoenzag to advance us funds, but so far we have received nothing. All available funds of Voenzag have been spent; if we do not receive advances in the next few days, we will be forced to halt the factories for lack of banknotes to pay the workers...
