With the loss of Vilna, the Entente has become even more insolent. It is necessary to develop maximum speed
to return Vilna in the shortest possible time, so as not to give the Whites the opportunity
to gather forces and entrench themselves. Speed up the advance of incoming reinforcements and
act more energetically. The Field Staff to strengthen vigilance over the operation in this direction in every way.
