To the Tula Uyezd Executive Committee

I request that you inform me as soon as possible of the answers to the following questions:

1) Was there a Tula uyezd sowing organization congress in Tula, 2) in mid-March or at what exact time, 3) was there a proposal (by whom) to send greetings to Lenin, 4) did the delegates decide to send greetings in general, but not on behalf of the communists, 5) was the congress dismissed for this, 6) or was it dismissed for some other reason, 7) if so, under what circumstances, 8) if not, were there any other tensions and what they consisted of, 9) how many delegates were at the congress, 10) are there no names and addresses of the delegates, 11) who from the uyezd executive committee or the uyezd land department was present at the congress.

It is important for me to receive an answer immediately. If it is not possible to answer all the questions immediately, please respond promptly to those that can be answered right away and set a deadline for answering the remaining questions.

I insist absolutely on the maximum speed of the response and hold the uyezd executive committee responsible for any delays.

Please send me a clipping of all the material from all local newspapers about this congress.
