Why not attempt to seek salvation by easing [the situation], by persuading [officials] to turn a blind eye to the transport of non-grain products along free roads in any way possible. Transport it and feed yourselves — they will bring something along. We might be late with this too. In June we will come to this.

It will not be too late to come to rotten concessions in June. Lyubarsky insists that Centrozakup procured several millions (unnormalized), and "free procurement" killed this and yielded far less.

Let us verify these figures—*en masse*.

1) How much did Centrozakup actually procure (and transport) over 2 or 3 months?

2) How much did the "free" transporter bring in for *February–March*?
