APRIL 14, 1919
ON THE EXTENSION OF THE WORKING DAY WITHIN THE SCOPE OF MILITARY PROCUREMENT
Bring to the attention of the People’s Commissar of Labor and the representative of the trade unions the inappropriateness of their protest against the extension of the working day in the military procurement agencies during this critical period of wartime.

ON THE ALLOCATION OF MILITARY SUPPLIES TO TURKESTAN
Instruct the Revolutionary Military Council of the Republic to satisfy, to the extent possible, the demands of the military organizations of Turkestan, so that they may receive supplies immediately and without further reassignment.
