District Executive Committee

Mikhail Mitrofanovich Fedoseyev from Azeevo complains that you have nationalized his printing shop, having refused on 6 February under no. 455 both to pay for the printing shop and to compensate him for the removal from work of his two apprentices and bookbinder. Report immediately whether these facts are accurate, whether it is true that the printing shop is located in Sasovo in a shed and is idle?

I request that you discuss whether it is not possible to assign Fedoseyev to printing shop work or to allow him to establish a workers' cooperative and transfer to him the supervised management of his former printing shop under complete subordination to the Soviet of People's Commissars.297
