In order to prevent the development of infectious diseases, in the interests of general well-being, it is proposed to Kremlin residents:

1. In each case of suspected infectious illness (fever) or skin rash, immediately inform the Kremlin Sanitary Inspection Administration (Voznesensky Monastery, Apt. No. 7) with a detailed address.

2. All arriving persons (by rail) before occupying quarters must bathe and surrender their clothing to the disinfector (at the bathhouse). (Those with a bath in their quarters must immediately call a disinfector to their home to collect items.)

3. Observe personal cleanliness and in quarters.

4. Inform the Kremlin Sanitary Inspection Administration of all observed sanitary violations and follow the instructions of the Kremlin Sanitary Inspection Administration for their elimination.

5. Those avoiding compliance with sanitary rules will be immediately evicted from the Kremlin and brought to trial for inflicting public harm.

6. The sanitary inspection extends to all civilian and military population of the Kremlin.
