Comrade Zinoviev!

A relative of a member of the Central Committee of the Cadet party (a former sworn attorney) Viktor Ivanovich Dobrovolsky (her husband is in Soviet service) has turned to me with a request for his release. sick, had recently suffered before his arrest a severe case of pneumonia, and from a fresh 50-year-old man has become a pitiful, sickly old man. Destitution is beginning in the house; he was sustained only by the earnings of the head of the family."

I ask you to verify and consider whether it is possible to release him on bail? Please give me also the opinion of the ChK 292.

Greetings! Lenin
