NOTE FROM A. S. YENUKIDZE1.
[January 3, 1919]
Forgive me, for Christ's sake: I am tired and have absolutely
nothing in my head on this issue. I will come another time, better for a speech, report, or
lecture.
1 A. S. Yenukidze asked Lenin to speak at the plenum of the Kremlin sub-district committee of the RKI(b) on the issue of separating
the sub-district into an independent Kremlin district of the Moscow Committee of the RCP(b).

NOTE TO I. L. LORENTZ1.
[March 2, 1919]
Comrade Lorentz!
I ask you to translate the attached theses for me as quickly as possible.
If you need assistants (for quick work) and if you do not have them, then say so: I will find more.
1 I. L. Lorentz – member of the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks), in 1919 worked in the secretariat of
the 1st Congress of the Comintern as a translator. He currently works in the II CC of the KWT.
According to I. L. Lorentz (archive Sh1ЭL, case D? 2473), this note
with a request to translate Lenin's theses on bourgeois
democracy and the dictatorship of the proletariat into German was given to Lorentz at the meeting
of the 1st Congress of the Comintern on March 2, 1919 (see also Works, vol. XXIV,
p. 729, note 5),

NOTE TO L. A. FOTIEVA.
[No earlier than the end of March, no later than May 11, 1919]
Lid. Al.
Find out who gave this to me at Maria Ilyinichna's?
at Bukharin's?
in the secretariat] of the CC?

The talk is about the manuscript of K. Gieh "How Communist Subbotniks Came About". The author asked Lenin to write a preface to the manuscript.
