Fund 2, op. 1, d. 8093, fol. 3 - typewritten text.

1V.I.Lenin's note is devoted to the case of P.A.Kobozev; it was quoted in the report of the military investigator of the Revolutionary Military Tribunal of the Revolutionary Military Council of the Republic, Peshekhonov, to the chairman of the Revolutionary Military Tribunal, K.H.Danishevsky, dated January 18, 1919. A copy of the report was sent to V.I.Lenin on February 5, 1919.

Investigator Peshekhonov, having carried out V.I.Lenin's order, reported that at P.A.Kobozev's apartment in Arzamas there had been 50 poods of white flour for some time, and in connection with the move to Samara Kobozev's wife Alevtina Ivanovna transferred it to the commandant of the Eastern Front headquarters V.I.Pealp. All the flour was intended for the canteen of the Eastern Front headquarters, except for 6-8 poods for Kobozev's family. In conclusion, the investigator stated that he did not see "signs of a criminal act" on the part of Kobozev.

On February 15, 1919 P.A.Kobozev was relieved of his duties as a member of the Revolutionary Military Council of the Republic by the decree of the SNK (see: Decrees of Soviet power. Vol. IV, p. 672).
