To the Small Soviet

I happened to be in the theatre on Sunday in a "soviet" box, where there were railwaymen. I think we should rework the resolution of the Small Soviet that we had abolished concerning a permanent box only for the Sovnarkom, so that the permanent box would be for the SNK, and for the Moscow Soviet of Workers' Deputies, and for the All-Russian Council of Trade Unions, and for the CEC. One can share [it] "proportionally" 219.
