It is necessary to send more frequently and in more detail radio broadcasts in Swedish and telegrams to Sweden on behalf of the unions of Swedish workers in Finland to refute the extremely false reports of the Swedish bourgeois press about events in Finland. Please inform me whether you are taking all measures.

1 K. Manner is a communist. From 1908 to 1918, he was a member of the Finnish Social Democratic Party. During the period of the imperialist war, he was a member of the Central Committee of the FSDP. He was
editor (in 1908) of the party organ “Työlaisien” (“Worker”),
published in Borgo, Nyland Governorate. From 1918, editor of one
of the departments of the central party organ “Työemies” (“Worker”). From January to April 24, 1918, he headed the
workers' government in Finland.

K. Wiik is a representative of the unions of Swedish workers in the Finnish
Social Democratic Party. After the defeat of the Finnish revolution (at the end of April
1918), he was a member of the Central Committee and secretary of the FSDP.
