1 In a conversation by direct line, the Supreme Commander-in-Chief
N.V. Krylenko reported on the situation at the front, on the struggle against the Central
Rada and the entry of our troops into Kharkov, on measures
to strengthen the army, on the All-Army Congress, which was taking place at this
time at Stavka and raised the question of electing the commander-in-chief. Krylenko
also reported on the need for his trip to Petrograd to report
to the Council of People's Commissars.
