The resolution on delegating a member of the Sovnarkom, I. V. Stalin, to the North Caucasus and Tsaritsyn "as the general supervisor of the food supply in southern Russia" was adopted by the Sovnarkom on May 29, 1918 (Sovnarkom protocol No. 127, Arch. I. L. No. 11542).
The appointment of A. G. Shlyapnikov to the North Caucasus and Tsaritsyn to unify all food supply activities in the south was carried out at the meeting of the Sovnarkom on May 30, 1918 (Sovnarkom protocol No. 128, Arch. I. L. No. 11554).
The resolution on independent procurement by various organizations was adopted at the meeting of the Sovnarkom on May 29, 1918, during the discussion of the draft appeal to the population in connection with a number of petitions from various organizations for the right to independent grain procurement (Sovnarkom protocol No. 42/7).
The Sovnarkom resolution consists of two parts: the first part is printed from the manuscript, the second part is printed from the original resolution, typed on a typewriter with signatures of the members of the Sovnarkom, with editorial corrections by Lenin. On the manuscript of the first part of the resolution, there is a note by Lenin "a", on the Sovnarkom resolution, typed on a machine, there is a note "b" (Arch. I. L. No. 44545).
