EXCHANGE OF NOTES WITH S. M. TER-GABRIELYAN

**[1918, June, not before the 6th]**

Most Esteemed Vladimir Ilyich!

I implore you, order the Centroarmor to load the Baku detachment tomorrow without fail; otherwise, I shall be powerless to do anything for its immediate departure.

Ter-Gabrielyan

**1917 (DECEMBER)—1918**

Why did you not turn to me earlier? Have you got a telephone? What is this centroarmor? Its telephone? Centroarmor—an organization that has at its disposal all armored automobiles. No telephone. Address: Znamenka, No. 5, the Dolgorukov mansion. My telephone: 5.29.00.—room 436.

¹ The correspondence with S. M. Ter-Gabrielyan was caused by a delay in sending his detachment to Baku. On June 5, 1918, this was reported at a session of the SNK, and on June 6 an order was signed to the Moscow office of the State Bank to issue money to Ter-Gabrielyan for financing his trip (see also the present collection, p. 83).
