* The text refers to the creation of parity commissions for convening a congress of bank employees, which was to create a single union of bank employees instead of the two professional unions—the All-Russian Professional Union of Credit Workers (Banktrud) and the Union of Employees of the People's Bank (Bankso trud). The Congress of Bank Employees took place in early January 1919.
