Rework the present draft in the following direction, so that (1) the assignment of the food workers' inspection be established definitively not only as familiarization with administrative procedure, but mainly as practical verification of concrete instances of the activity of food organs in the procuring, delivery, and distribution of products; – further (2) concerning the obligation of the food workers' inspection to establish a connection between food policy and the workers and laboring masses and to engage them en masse (as a first step through the participation of witnesses) in the matter of food administration.

(3) – so that it be the obligation of the food workers' inspection to submit weekly reports to the broad masses of the working class and laboring population, above all through the trade unions.
