ON A NOTE FROM N. N. KRESTINSKY¹

I advise postponement.

¹ People's Commissar of Finance N. N. Krestinsky reported in his note that "reports have arrived from almost all gubernias concerning the proper course of the tax assessment. But from one (Saratov) a telegram has come with a substantiated petition for a postponement. What is your opinion? I am enclosing the telegram."

To the Supreme Council of the National Economy

From the warehouses recorded on the accounts of the Supreme Council of the National Economy, issue the necessary installation electromechanical materials¹ on the condition of approval from a requisition issued by the director of the radio laboratory, chairman of the radio-technical council².

¹ This concerns the issue of the aforementioned materials for the Nizhny Novgorod radio laboratory.

² The director of the Nizhny Novgorod radio laboratory was V. M. Leshchinsky.

The Chairman of the Radio-technical Council was A. M. Nikolaev, member of the collegium of the People's Commissariat of Posts and Telegraph.

* The directive was signed by the Secretary of the Council of People's Commissars L. A. Fotiyeva, member of the party from 1904. From 1918 — Secretary of the Council of People's Commissars, then of the Council of Labor and Defense, and concurrently from August of that year — Secretary to V. I. Lenin.³
