ON THE NOTE OF N. N. KRESTINSKY 1

I advise to postpone.
1 The People's Commissar of Finance N. N. Krestinsky in his note reported that "reports on the correct progress of the tax assessment are coming in from almost all provinces. But from one (Saratov) a telegram arrived with a reasoned request for a postponement. What is your opinion? I enclose the telegram."
N. N. Krestinsky - member of the party since 1903. After the October Socialist Revolution - People's Commissar of Finance; from December 1919 to March 1921 - Secretary of the Central Committee of the RCP(b).
