This morning I requested information about why Kirill Semenovich Ginzburg has not been released, despite the fact that two members of the Russian Communist Party (Bolsheviks) — Dauge and Zhukhovitsky — are standing bail for him, as well as information about which member of the Cheka and when claimed that they could not find Ginzburg, although he is being held in the Butyrka.

I requested this information by the evening of November 11. As of now, 10½ hours later, I have received no reply. I repeat once more my demand.
