It is impossible to limit oneself to general and indefinite
expressions, which too often conceal the complete failure
of work. Precise weekly figures are necessary: first, which
specific volosts, what specific part of the surplus grain they collected and
how much they deposited, second, how many poods of grain have been deposited
in which specific elevators and collection granaries.
Without such data, everything else is empty verbiage. Answer
more precisely.
