Vladimir
Dmitrievich!
Here is the plan for the rooms to which Malkov intends to relocate the SN K*.
I ask you and Lydia Alexandrovna to inspect these rooms and consider whether it is worthwhile.
(1) The furnace will be devilishly expensive.
(2) Will the reception area be convenient there?
(3) Is it not possible to remain here? In other words, will it not be excessively
cold? Let us summon a stoker and find out.
Best regards!
Lenin

to move the sessions of the Sovnarkom to the Grand Nikolaevsky Palace.
