TELEGRAM TO THE TAMBOV PROVINCIAL COMMITTEE
August 29, 1918
I have received the following telegram from Elan: "The Seventh
Company of the First Worker-Peasant Socialist Regiment—
volunteers from the Usmansky Uyezd, standing in the advanced trenches on
guard of the revolution, are deeply outraged and protest against
the accusations being made and the removal of the steadfast fighter for the proletariat and the achievements of the October Revolution, the chairman of
the Usmansky Soviet Ispolatov. Curses upon those who have betrayed and
betrayed the honest old communist who only desired the good of
the poorest peasantry and workers. - Chairman of the Committee
Mokeev, company commander Chistyakov."
Find out and telegraph me immediately, by whom, and of what

An avion makes 180 versts per hour, stays in the air for 5-6 hours.

LETTER TO V. D. BONCH-BRUEVICH
11848
September 14, 1918
Vladimir
Dmitrievich!
Here is the plan of those rooms where Malkov wants to move the Council of People's Commissars*.
I ask you and Lidia Alexandrovna to inspect and think about
whether it is worth it?
(1) Heating will be devilishly expensive.
(2) Will it be convenient there with the reception room?
(3) Is it impossible to stay here? i.e. will it not be too
cold? Call a stove-maker and find out.
Greetings!
Lenin

It refers to the proposal of the commandant of the Kremlin P. D. Malkov
to move the meetings of the Council of People's Commissars to the large Nikolaevsky Palace.
