I have received two complaints against you: the first, that you are showing softness in crushing the kulaks. If
this is true, you are committing a great crime against the
revolution. The second complaint is that you are cutting
down agitation, reducing the circulation of leaflets, complaining of lack of money. We shall not grudge hundreds of
thousands for agitation. Demand money urgently from the
Central Executive Committee, there will be no lack of money.
We shall not accept such excuses.
