LETTER TO THE VSNH ON THE EXAMINATION OF THE INVESTIGATION REGARDING AGRICULTURAL MACHINERY SUPPLY1

By the decree of the Council of People's Commissars at the meeting
of June 20 of this year, the VSNH was proposed, jointly with the Commissariat of Justice, to conduct an investigation into the matter of agricultural machinery supply3, of which the VSNH was duly informed.
In view of the fact that the investigation has not yet been completed to this point, I propose to accelerate the work and complete the investigation within a week.

the materials it had discovered and considered; b) the Council of People's Commissars resolved to remove Comrade Kozmin and all persons named in the act of June 16 of this year, signed by Controller Sharygin, from their posts and to conduct an investigation into this matter. The Presidium of the V.S.N.Kh. and the Commissariat of Justice shall be entrusted with the execution of this resolution" (Prot. SNK No. 143 dated June 20, 1918). It is possible that this resolution was dictated by Lenin.
