ON THE OPENING OF CREDIT TO THE TSENTROTEKSTIL.
DRAFT RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF PEOPLE'S COMMISSARS 1.
[June 15, 1918]
1) [Advance] Open a credit of 50 million rubles!
To the Flax Department of Tsentrotekstil.
2) Oblige the Commissariat of Provisions and the Military
to submit within 3 days precise information on their indebtedness
to Tsentrotekstil [and pay immediately].
3) Oblige the Flax Department to submit within the same period
its invoices to all Commissariats that are indebted to it. Of these,
[30 m. r.] should be issued in monetary signs as requisitions are received
from Tsentrotekstil for the purchase of raw materials.
4) [Choose] Appoint a commission for the urgent consideration
of estimates, data and paperwork of the Flax Department of Tsentro-
tekstil and submit a report to the Council of People's Commissars.
The Kommissariats of Finance, State Control and Provisions
are to each appoint 1 representative to the Commission.
Convocation is entrusted to comrade Lander2. The deadline is 3 days
from Monday, June 17.

of the Council of People's Commissars on June 15, 1918, during the discussion of a report on the Financing
of Tsentrotekstil of the Supreme Council of National Economy.
