DRAFT RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF PEOPLE'S COMMISSARS
May 25, 1918.
The C.P.C., fully approving and welcoming the idea underlying the project for the establishment of the Socialist Academy, instructs the Collegium of the People's Commissariat of Education to revise this project of the Socialist Academy on the following bases:
1) To place at the forefront a publishing society of Marxist orientation;
2) To attract a particularly large number of foreign Marxist forces;
3) To set as one of the priority tasks a series of social studies;
4) To immediately take measures to clarify, collect, and utilize Russian teaching forces.
