Comrade Zinoviev!

The bearer — comrade Bakh, holding a mandate from the Central Motor Transport [authority] of Siberia. Requests acceleration of the issuance and dispatch to Siberia of 137 automobiles, concerning which the motor transport section (Petrograd commune) asked the motor transport center to remove them from Petrograd as useless. We have decided to transfer all freight automobiles to the Food Supply Commissariat.¹

¹ Lenin refers to the decree of the Council of People's Commissars of May 8, 1918, concerning the inventory of available automobiles and the transfer of freight vehicles to the Commissariat of Food Supply (protocol of the Council of People's Commissars No. 111, arch. I. L. No. 13501).
