So, we have agreed precisely that (1) at tomorrow's meeting with the Germans, you will be the first to speak (none of the
Russians before you)90, (2) that you will first read the theses (then a speech, or report, or commentary), (3) that you will show me the theses tomorrow before the meeting (i.e., in the morning before 2 o'clock: I will leave later).

This is extremely important. This is a directive from the Central Committee and the Council of People's Commissars. This is mandatory!
