To the Central Committee of the R.C.P.
I request that the question of expelling from the party those members who, acting as judges in the case (2. V. 1918) of bribe-takers, limited themselves to a sentence of half a year’s imprisonment, despite the fact that the bribe was proven and acknowledged by them, be placed on the agenda.
Instead of shooting the bribe-takers, to pronounce such mockingly weak and lenient sentences is a disgraceful act for a Communist and revolutionary. Such comrades must be prosecuted by the court of public opinion and expelled from the party, for their place is alongside the Kerenskys or Martovs, not alongside revolutionary Communists.
4. V. 1918.
