I shall immediately issue orders to send a radio transmission and will ask Karakhan2 to verify when the Ukrainian courier departed.

Furthermore, I would advise you to send a parliamentary representative, or better yet, several parliamentary representatives, to various points along the Ukrainian Front near Kursk to report on the delegation's arrival and to propose a cessation of military operations.3
