I will now order a radio to be sent and will ask Karakhan to check when the Ukrainian courier left.

Furthermore, I advise you to send a parliamentarian, or better parliamentarians, to several points of the Ukrainian Front near Kursk to announce the delegation’s arrival and to propose a suspension of military operations 74.
