1) Question: On the sequestration of mines and factories in the Aleksandro-Grushevsky district.
Answer: Mines and factories can be confiscated only after the district is liberated from Kaledin's troops and influence.
2) Question: Should we leave the mines now and go to central Russia?
Answer: Do not leave, and continue to work as long as it is possible to hold out; the resolution of the Council of People's Commissars on this matter: to propose that the workers of the Aleksandro-Grushevsky district establish contact with Kharkov for the armament of the Red Guard. To ask comrades to hold out as long as their strength permits, until the last extremity, and not to abandon work.
3) Question: On sending protection for the mines.
Answer: Our troops are moving in the direction of Kaledin's troops in sufficient numbers.
4) Question: On subsidizing 3,000,000 rubles for conducting operations.
Answer: Upon the arrival of comrade Artem from Kharkov, the question of Monotop will be clarified.
5) Should the monetary tokens of the Kaledin government be considered valid?
Answer: Monetary tokens are to be considered invalid.
