1 The telegram was sent in connection with N. Sumarokov's complaint of November 8, 1917 to V. I. Lenin concerning peasants who had scattered the property of the estate he rented (village of Zaroschi, Mtsensk District, Orel Province), and his request to issue an order for the return of the property. Sumarokov asked to be informed of the measures taken.
