* Lenin's endorsement was made on the following order of the Military Revolutionary
Committee of the Petrograd Soviet to the headquarters of the Red Guard:
"Order to the Headquarters
I. Deliver to the positions near Tsarskoye Selo at the disposal of Colonel
Muravyov (Pulkovo headquarters, volost administration):
1. Gasoline
2. 4 artillery batteries
3. 3 automobiles of any type
4. Field telephones
5. Motorcyclists or motorcycles.
II. To the headquarters of the Izmailovsky Regiment (Moscow Highway, Srednyaya Rogatka):
1. Gasoline
2. 1 automobile
3. 2 artillery batteries
4. Sappers for digging trenches
5. Motorcycle or scooter communication
6. Maps of the area.
III. Organize a general headquarters for the entire operation as a whole.
IV. Organize the supply of food to the Red Guard."
